Choose whether the occasion repeats
Give the entry a recognisable title, choose its date and category, and decide whether it repeats yearly. A birthday normally repeats; a one-off product launch normally does not. Keep the original date for an anniversary so the record still identifies the occasion’s starting year.
The list calculates the next occurrence and orders entries to help you see what is approaching. Review the date after saving, especially if the occasion has already passed this year. Use a precise date and time in Countdown when an event starts at a particular hour.
Keep an independent record of essential dates
Entries are saved in local browser storage. They are not uploaded to an OxClock account or automatically synchronised to your other devices. Clearing browser data or using a different browser can make your list unavailable.
A date appearing in this list is not a promise that a background notification will arrive. Put essential appointments in your regular calendar or device reminder as well. Edit entries when plans change and remove occasions you no longer need, so upcoming dates stay easy to scan.
