World Clock

Build a world clock around your cities

Add a city or time zone using the search field, then choose Add. Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display to suit the way you read time. Favorite the locations you check most often, reorder your list, and remove cities you no longer need. Your saved list stays in this browser.

Each city shows its current local time and date. The time difference is measured against your device’s local time zone. Check the date when calling someone overseas: a city may already be on tomorrow’s date while another is still on yesterday’s.

Current time and a future appointment are different questions

The World Clock compares the same current moment across your cities. Its day/night label is based on local clock hours, rather than a calculated sunrise or sunset. Daylight-saving offsets follow the time-zone data available in your browser.

A difference you see today may change before a future trip or appointment. For a specific date, open the date and time-zone converter, enter the originating city’s local time, and compare the destination results. For a group call, the Meeting Planner compares working hours across locations.

Keep your clock ready for repeat visits

The displayed moment comes from your device’s clock. Enable automatic date and time on your device if the clock looks wrong. Your cities and preferences do not automatically sync to another phone; clearing browser data can remove them. Share the visible times when you want to send a snapshot to someone else.

Common questions

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. OxClock uses the browser’s IANA time-zone data, so supported daylight-saving changes are applied automatically.

Where are my cities saved?

Your list is stored locally in this browser and is not uploaded to an OxClock account.
