Meeting Planner

Find an international meeting time everyone can use

Add up to five locations, choose the meeting date and duration, and set the preferred working-hour range. Scan the time rows to compare each participant’s local time. The copper-highlighted rows fit the selected working hours for every location.

For a team in Karachi, Dubai and London, compare all three on the date of the call. Read each location’s local date as well as its hour before choosing a row. A late call in one city can fall on the next day in another.

Check the whole meeting, then share it

Set the actual duration before deciding: a start time inside working hours may leave too little room for the meeting to finish. If no highlighted row fits, try a different date or agree on a wider working-hour range with your participants.

After selecting a row, copy or share the summary, or download the .ics calendar file. Import the file into your calendar and check the date, time zone and duration before sending invitations. The planner compares the hours you enter; it does not read participants’ calendars, public holidays or existing appointments.

Recheck recurring calls when clocks change

Different locations can enter or leave daylight saving on different dates. Recheck a recurring meeting around those changes instead of assuming today’s time difference will last. Use the Time Zone Converter for a specific date and time, or the World Clock to check current city times.
